Look at me!

Often, Alexander would say: “Mommy, look at me!” Then, I would ask him: “What are you?” Then, he flapped his arms and balanced his body on the back of sofa, he replied: “I am an airplane.”
Often, Alexander would say: “Mommy, look at me!” Then, I would ask him: “What are you doing?” Then, he rocked and bounced up & down on his toy horse, he replied: “I am riding a horse and running fast!”

Often, Alexander was walking on the back of sofa, standing on the top of a glass table, used black permanent marker and drew on my white counter top, drew rainbow colors on his feet and leave foot prints on my almost white carpet, dump the whole new bottle of shampoo in his bath water, played and talked to real people from my cell phone, hiding behind the curtain and eating whatever candies that he found, put his toy into fish tank for fish to play, and the endless list things…….The worse one was - ran away for a couple of blocks, Meiying and I ran after him and we got him before he ran across the big busy street. I felt my heart jump rate was over 150.

Of course, Alexander was sent to his room for “time out” many times. Of course, Alexander is getting better and better. Alexander is no longer draw on wall, sofa, and carpet. Alexander is no longer playing water in toilet, Alexander is no longer use toothpaste to fix faucet, and Alexander is no longer turn on and off TV, lights, and computer every five seconds. I am very happy to see his improvements.

The best part, I learned so much about cleaning now. I know many tricks & tips how to clean the toilet ring, clean the wall, markers, and different stains and different tools etc. It is good skills. I have to thank to Alexander and internet.

This picture is “Mommy, look at me!” and “I am a table”.

Haha, I am glad that you've listed down Alexander's "crime", so he can read the list when he is older.

Your son's black maker "signature" is still on my white canvas sofa chair. That reminds me that he has visited here. :-)

Yap, he love you so much and he made his signature in your place. ;-)
He also "help" me to paint my finished painting with big green strokes. I think he love oil painting, too. I put a lock in my studio now.
