Meiying's 10th Birthday!

Meiying always loves to enjoy nice food. For her birthday party, she asked for mommy's "beef strew" over rice, "deviled eggs", and "home made cake with strawberries". Well, I made sure she got what she asked for!!!

Beef Strew and deviled eggs are easy, but the "home made cake" is my weak spot. Well, I baked the cake from scratch and even made home made whip cream icing. It was a new fun thing for me. ;) Glad to get it done and pleased my little princecess. When I saw her lick her plate, I was very happy.

My little sweet pumpkin already 10.....How can I tell others that I am almost 29? Well, at least, Alexander still believe that.......I will work on Victor later.....

Like every parents see their kids, I think she is the most beautiful girl in my eyes and the sweetest girl in my mind. ;) She just melted my heart with her smile. ;)

Simple pleasure

Live in Hawaii, we always enjoy the beauty of nature. Sometimes, we look at clouds and guess the shape. Sometimes, we go to the park feeding wild chicken. Sometimes, we play sands and water at beach. Sometimes, we go to the Honolulu Zoo to see our animal friends.

Like most of people who live in Hawaii, we enjoy the slower living style. ;)

It's simple pleasure in life. I appreciate it.

Alexander 7th Birthday

It has been a while.....

Alexander's Birthday was in January and we had friends joined us to celebrate his 7th birthday. It was a good time to remember....

Spring Break

We went to the Hawaiian Water Park with neighbors and friends. It was fun and fun!!! Kids had a great time for their two weeks Spring Break. We went shopping, zoo, water park, playground, etc. What a fun vacation!

I am so happy when they go back to school. ;-)

Meiying's 9th birthday

We celebrated Meiying's 9th Birthday with all neighbors and friends. Meiying had a great birthday! Thanks to you all!

Birthday

Alexander's 6th birthday, he wished for: have all friends to celebrate his birthday, hotdogs, a lot chips, chocolate cake and ice cream. We made his wish come true! Alexander just love "the feeling of birthday party".

Alexander had a great 6th birthday and we are very blessed.

Victor's 2nd Birthday

Season comes and goes...., time flies,.....Victor is TWO !!! Terrible Two!!!

We had a cake and some ice cream for him. Victor loves to blow candles!

We are blessed that Victor is a healthy and happy boy. Happy Birthday! Victor!

Special desert

Panna Cotta

Meiying is very good at baking and making desert. She got the skills from grandmother and always make delicious desert for yufen. ;-) Well, it's why yufen put few pounds on belly.

Recently, Meiying and grandmother made some tasty "Panna Cotta" - It is so so so so good!!! Light and silky.....Well, I kissed Meiying as much as I can..... Love her and love the desert. Please come to visit us and she will make her special desert for you, too.

She even decorate it as five star dish!
